The location is perfect, 30 seconds from fontana di trevi. The staff, that was made of 2 people, was ok. The woman was very nice and sweet. The rooms were clean and lovely.
The overall experience wasn't that great. The walls were very thin so there was a lot of noise. The man/boy who works there was nice but always acting as if we are disturbing him. The breakfest was disgusting, and poor. We had to ask for bread and butter.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was incredible, situated on a charming little alleyway just moments away from the famous Trevi Fountain. It was the perfect starting point for exploring all the major tourist sites in the area.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area. The location, service, and amenities provided truly exceeded my expectations.

The location and access to all the best sites of Rome within a 30 minute walk. I guess it would be better for a young couple who want to be out and about all the time, and only use the room to sleep.
The room became smelly because of stagnant water gathering at the back of the shower cubicle, The staff had to be told to clean it up. There were no hotel facilities, just breakfast in the room and a key to get in/out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, very close to shopping and sighseeing but yet on a quiet side street.
Unfortunately, during our stay there was a lot of construction going on in the building so it was a bit noisy with drilling and hammering, although only during working hours.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was very close to the main attractions, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the courtyard where we could relax and have coffee. One more thing we liked is that the staff was very friendly and efficient.
The walls of the room were very thin, and we could hear everything that was happening in the room next to us. , the breakfast was very modest, consisting only of croissants and coffee.

I had an incredible stay at Best Suites Trevi! The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Trevi Fountain and other major attractions. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the Pantheon. The shower had great water pressure and the beds were so cozy. Additionally, the breakfast served on the sunny terrace was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially Laura, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

Best Suites trevi was in the perfect place. We went everywhere by foot. The only time we took the metro was when we went to the Vatican, but it took us only 4 stations. There's a few stops by bus to Termini and at least five minute's walk to the Spanish Steps. Hotel staff were really nice and to see the fountain every time we walked out of the hotel that made our day. I recommend this hotel to everyone!
